Volunteer Opportunities
How can YOU help? You could serve the Kona campus in many ways, assisting with anything from carpentry in the new construction projects to maintenance of existing facilities.

Mission Builder service opportunities are filled through April 2012. They are taking applications for May-December 2012.

Kona remains to be a favorite spot for volunteering.

Ministry Description

This Youth With A Mission training campus has staff and students from more than 50 nations, all living and learning together as one multi-generational, multi-cultural, multi-denominational family. What draws these diverse people together is a common love for Jesus Christ. The University of the Nations was founded in 1978 on the Big Island of Hawaii in Kailua-Kona with a purpose of teaching students first how to hear and respond to God's voice and then how to discover His unique purposes for their lives. This modular education training center schedules field assignments or internships after each module, allowing students opportunity to practice what they learn immediately following their classroom instruction.

Future Projects

The facility will eventually cover 45 acres and it doesn't take a university degree to understand that it takes a lot of special committed people to keep a facility like this running in the way God intended it to run.
